Smart people, but sort of pre-occupied with their own problems. Not super great at actually leading others

They cover dependents through their 27th year AND they offer good MH cost and availability.
403b matching and education grants
I have had better benefits but just glad to have coverage

We all generally work hard and are here because we want to be.

Trauma bonding because for the most part everyone is doing their best. Emphasis on "the most part". Some do less than the bare minimum and get praised for it

Nurse to nurse environment is supportive.
Being heard and not following metrics just for the sake of metrics but to see how we can help our patients and our team both
