  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at UKG?
    Biggest challenge we are facing right now is our explosive growth and the effect that has on our culture. We work very hard to maintain the awesome environment we have and everything the company does to put our people first. There tends to be some dilution of the culture as you bring in new folks with different ideas, experiences, and behaviors and that is what we are really being challenged with today.
