- What do you like best about the leadership team?Collectively our leadership is transparent and pragmatic. Building confidence and trust. At same time they are not afraid to chase new paths as shown by the amazing new change agents we've added to the EC. They've balanced growth, concern for our people, and more these past 2 years to great results.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Willingness to solve the big problems and do things that have purpose. We don't always get things right and merging two great teams has made some layers but the commitment to people, our customers, and the brand our legit things at UKG all seem to share.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?The comp package at UKG is incredible, the 401k match is probably unparalled in a company our size, the company also pays 100% of premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families, and the plans are first-rate.
