David Speirs — Senior Vice President of North America Operations at Ultra Clean Holdings

Mr. David Speirs has been Senior Vice President of North America Operations at Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (UCT) since 2010. Mr. Speirs has worked in the semiconductor capital equipment industry for more than 20 years. He has management experience in manufacturing, quality and operations. He joined UCT in 2006 to manage the manufacturing operations of UCT's Sieger Engineering, Inc. acquisition. He was instrumental in expanding the new product introduction group for UCT into a global organization. He served as Vice President of Operations of Metara Inc. Mr. Speirs joined Metara in April 2005 from Novellus Systems, Inc., where he served in a variety of increasingly responsible operations roles from 1994 to 2004 including Manufacturing, Operations Quality and CVD/PVD Operations. Mr. Speirs holds a SCOTEC degree in Electrical Engineering from Stow College of Engineering.
