Where we are going to end up. The future is very exciting and as the company grows I am growing.

What's the office layout like at Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions?
Very modern and clean. We take a lot of pride in our work environment. Their are murals of Austin in each building and each building has a Marvel character on the wall. Everyone has desk that allow them to either sit our stand while working and the lighting is all LED to support a more healthy and environmentally sensitive environment.

More than anywhere else I have worked. We look for innovation everywhere possible. One of our values is based on finding a better way for everything.
How does Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions measure success and growth in the Operations department?
It is all based on KPI's and the smile measurement. Are we hitting our KPI goals and are people working together happy to be at the office everyday? That is what is measured.
What skills do you need to be successful in the Operations department at Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions?
You need to be willing to grow more than anything else. You need to really grow in your leadership skills and understand a transparent culture is expected.

This is the only place I know of that truly cares about everyone that works for the company like a family. Their is opportunity for growth and there is no limit to where you can go. The business is also very diverse and exciting to support.
