I really love that the top management at DMS is very "hands on" with our team, as well as implements a "daily" interactive presence. Given our large size, I think that speaks volumes why DMS is thriving. CEO Robb Misso implements this daily! He truly cares about all employees and it shows!
I liked the respect our CEO had for everyone on the team. He put a lot of effort in creating a transparent culture.
The focus on growing the team from within.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The President needs to stop psychologically abusing his staff and other employees. He asks for feedback, then attacks people for giving it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

DMS offers one of the best 401K plans I've ever had. Knowing my retirement fund is thriving, is peace of mind. Alot of companies I've worked for in the past did not offer this.
We get a lot of vacation. The company provides a lot of benefits to support the growth of the team.
We are paid well and are given bonus compensation when things are going well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based upon salary comparators and job listings online, I am under compensated by approximately 35%

Loyalty and work ethics are commendable.

I look forward to working and growing with my team each day. We have great trust and everyone steps in to help each other.
They are very focused on working together. We do not have divisions between departments. We are one team.
The hard work and the focus on getting the job done the right way. We do not cut corners. We have the right tools given to the team to get the job done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are excellent; much better than the company deserves or pays for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people help make the culture. To many times though management don’t lead by supported value

DMS motivates their employees by being the best they can be. Leadership sessions are offered to everyone and I have seen alot of employees really grow! The holiday parties are also great! They work hard to get everyone in different departments to know each other.
In the manufacturing industry there is not a better company to work for. The environment is very positive.
The company is constantly speaking about culture and how we can improve. It is focused on.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The President needs to be replaced with someone who has better morals and ethics
