The new management team that's taken over since the merger is disorganized, and blames the employees for their mistakes. The merger itself was hugely successful so to our hard work. Once the new management stepped in, things began to decline quickly for the employees here
Everything. Training is trash. The manager will say one thing to your face and the opposite to everyone else. How are we supposed to learn this way?

Yes, the majority of our division feels over worked and under appreciated. This makes our CEOs comments about everyone no working hard enough all the more difficult to take. I dont see much opportunity to correct this, short of a new CEO. This is a bank circling the drain.
Giving final paychecks on time.
Compensation is average at best. Bonuses which were monthly are now quarterly and delayed by a full quarter. Tracking of opportunities across business lines is a haphazard manual process that banks on people forgetting to put things in/close opportunities to avoid paying associates.
Fair wages should be set in force to be equal
I feel like I should be making more money for how hard I work. If I was trying to make rent payments I would not be able to live off of my current salary.
We're good. It's management and leadership that are ineffective. Siloed groups even within a department.
Coworkers are largely uneducated. People largely accept that all processes are poorly organized and there is general sentiment of "this is the way we always do it" instead of "lets make it better for everyone"
