They share important information with their employees.
Adaptible, focused on people, manage to make money and still be decent human beings. I don't think that should be as uncommon as it apparently is, but they do it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical benefits and sick leave are decent above average
401 k and health benefits is great
it is do able but should be getting monthly bonus each month like all my other co workers

My compensation package isn't why I work here. I took a significant cut to work with the people I work with now. I'm certainly not hurting, but I could be making 15-25% more easily.

my team, my leadership team, the energy to make things happen
People oriented, great work/life balance, work-focused, as opposed to people being focus on building their own fiefdoms.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Was smooth and i already had a lot of experience was able to ask questions
It's fast and easy because they have such high turnover they need bodies in seats. That mentality, however, has led to a generally poor workforce.

My interview was many years ago but it was very casual
