Smart driven qualified people. Younger staff motivated to perform and likely to get more frontline experience sooner than at other firms. Senior exec like to develop younger talent.

Our success story. Our CEO and management team tackled a tough turnaround. We are now a $2B company that is a safe and stable place to offer people a career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership continuity has been key. Early during turnaround and times of rapid growth there was natural tension between “field and fort”. This has improved. People very well aligned. Senior CORP management understands value of pushing resources close to clients and those who manage those relations
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership cares about its people and knows the pace requires constant interaction to be sure we meet the needs of a diverse culture of people. We are much more heterogenous - some like to work remotely, others love lots of feedback. We try to cater to the person and not be rigid like our others.
