My direct manager is awesome.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is lacking, action is lacking. Pay is terrible...showing we are valued is not there..they think they try but are clueless.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A few could care less about there job..but I think that is due to the overall attitude and environment we work in that causes that negative.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very undervalued at my job! If it were not for my job, we would not have students and therefore no one else would have jobs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just don't feel valued at all. Pay shows it...upper mgmt's lack of caring and action shows it. We are not education but a call center.
