Strong concern with team support and lifting upnthenwhole group
They are transparent and supportive.
They truly care about the employees. WGU does not feel hierarchical at all, which I like.
My direct leader really cares and wants to help me grow

Organized. Effort was made to help employees be organized.
They truly care about individuals and do not fake their concern
Treat employees like human beings and not machines. We have met or exceeded the department goals and expectations, then we get lectured for not 'sacrificing' enough. They way that disabled employees have been treated is especially bad. The front doors are not even wheel chair accessible.
Honesty, reliability, time expections for new policey and material, training
Not in touch with reality.
Stop playing favorites- listen to other ideas instead of your best friends on the team. Stop conparing others on the team. Stop looking at metrics! It doesn't tell the whole story. Include everyone on projects and not your favorite teacher pets. Stop using facebook to see how students feel.
Let us do our jobs. Stop breathing done our necks if we're doing it properly. Pay us better, and maybe working here could be okay.

Respecting employees and their work.
Be transparent! Dont lie and take accountability for mistakes, instead of blaming it on the rest of the university. Listen to the employees and their needs and desires-- just because you want something doesnt mean that a majority of the university wants that also. Use your power wisely.
Diversity at the highest level.
Quit spending money on things that don’t matter and get back to the business of serving student
Communication is lacking, action is lacking. Pay is terrible...showing we are valued is not there..they think they try but are clueless.
Follow-through on their word and/or follow-through on changes to those plans.
