I feel we have a good personal time/vacation time policy as well as I've used my dental insurance recently and the insurance we went with this year was considered to be in the top 10% when considering the percentage of work that they covered fully.

100% of individual health premiums are paid for, as well as a funded HSA and an HRA.

We get 5 vacation weeks after 5 years of service. Health benefits are great too.
