What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sales and Marketing have had a lot of turnover causing the company to not grow and stagnate a little bit. I am hoping the new sales team will bring new life into the company.
Not compensated enough for the too-many-hats I'm wearing.

The culture and how the Execs at least seem to feel like subordinates are humans and genuinely care about them.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would most like to see strategic leadership improve at my company.
Pay scale increases and general work-life-balance improvements. If you want employees to give you more than 40 hours per week, at least pay them well.
