The best part about the compensation is the PTO

I don't receive a compensation package. I am not at that level in the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Those of us who are part time are not given hours to work only 5 to 10 a week and if one is missing they are given a warning, to have more hours and workers who know how to work

Each morning a team talk is held, a very quick thank you is said, then follows a list of things that need to be done and how we "can do better!". There is no genuine appreciation for staff, we get paid minimum wage. They wokld pay us less if they legally could, that says it all.

Im a latina and the world under values me for being me. There could be more information on how to be promoted faster

They need a clear definition of the job title and compensation compared to other successful brands especially western brands.

Because the don't value if someone having higher knowledge form there manager. they only follow rattafication is you are grasp word to word then only you are consider as valuable employee. if your answer is same in different language so my brother you are useless in this company

actually being scheduled for more days

The pay is way too low to justify how much work I'm doing and how much stress I endure. To be honest, I would encourage a unionization drive for the store workers; it's the only way to force management to listen.

paying your employees living wage and sick pay

No bonus, only for managers and they dont do nothing for it... only 30% discount? Why? Most companies do a lot more... sad

They talk to employees like elementary school children, not just criticism like any job, but full-out hectoring, lecturing, micromanagement and nagging, talking to me in a way I haven't been talked too since I was 10 years old. 2 bucks above minimum wage is nowhere worth putting up with that.

Management is cognizant of how employees feel about working here and think it’s a joke. The cognitive dissonance displayed is astounding. Favoritism is also a huge issue as many long time employees are still not be given opportunities for growth over newer hires who might be favored by manager

Part-time workers do not qualify.
