Every bad workplace I’ve been at has had group interviews. Managers and HR generally interview potential hires and often bad-mouth many of them outside of those interviews and sometimes even to current employee
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management is cognizant of how employees feel about working here and think it’s a joke. The cognitive dissonance displayed is astounding. Favoritism is also a huge issue as many long time employees are still not be given opportunities for growth over newer hires who might be favored by manager
