Leaving it. Being away from this job has been the best thing that's ever happened to me.

They seem friendly and easygoing at first. Then you work for them, and that mask cracks quickly.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lose the mandatory, ceremonial meetings held every morning, and just let people work. Not everyone needs to memorize your top-selling items when you're HR messaged are overdue and there are equipment shortages. Get your priorities straight.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They talk to employees like elementary school children, not just criticism like any job, but full-out hectoring, lecturing, micromanagement and nagging, talking to me in a way I haven't been talked too since I was 10 years old. 2 bucks above minimum wage is nowhere worth putting up with that.
