Rude staff because of crazy LP rules and bad managemant

Less information for the first time. People are leaving after induction day.

No bonus, only for managers and they dont do nothing for it... only 30% discount? Why? Most companies do a lot more... sad

It comes from the managemant, they need to improve and then the staff can improve as well... it all comes from the top

Stop bullying people and start working instead of sitting in the office... we said the company is ok but the people who run the company in stores are the worst...
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managemant!!!!!!!! The most important to train them how to run a store and check on them because a lot of managers are lieing to everyone (area manager ect.) fake numbers and so on
