The most cult-like, pretentious, cloistered workplace I have ever encountered. Every day at Uniqlo was like being back in elementary school, with the constant sloganeering, managers micromanaging your every behavior and condescendingly lecturing you about not living up to Uniqlo standards.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Talk to each other like actual human beings rather than sloganeering robots.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is way too low to justify how much work I'm doing and how much stress I endure. To be honest, I would encourage a unionization drive for the store workers; it's the only way to force management to listen.
