The team is supportive, cooperative, and easy to work with.
Most are helpful, considerate, and willing to teach you if you're a new hire.

The supportive culture and respectful work environment.
Positive in sense of orfesisonalism but negative socially
I think the colleagues are the most positive aspect about the work environment
