What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay the employees what they are worth. Stop the mentality they are easily replaced. Give raises.
Leadership and commitment by upper management
Turnover is high, retention is a moot point
Executive compensation needs to be completely rewritten to encourage 5 year growth strategies not the quarter to quarter fiasco that promotes short term gain for long term pain. Unisys will continue to decline unless this occurs.
Lay-off managers director to improve
Organizing the company better, pay what we deserve, do not deny us access to things we need to do our job because it cost "too much money".

Lack of interesting work. Give employees the ability to take other positions within the company. Or offer additional training that would help them develop.
Micro management is killing the actual developers. Outsourcing high-tech jobs to other countries wont help. No room for personal development
