Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Id feel better about the compensation if it kept up with inflation and rising costs. Id even be happy if we were paid the I distry standard. Instead they load you fown with overtime so you think youre making good money.

Keeping your word when an employee leaves a great company to come work for united, then is dragged through the mud over and over.

Often understaffed as the salary was not attracting to new candidates and positions took a long time to fill

Bonuses for everyone not just mangment

Pay is not fair , doing same job , someone else making way more per hour, for not as much work

under payed pay increase Better management

Benefits are good but also pricey

They pile a lot of work and overtime hours. The pay is fair, but for the employees who do most of the work, compensation could be better
