I enjoy that the managers actually manage the branch
My managers at branch level seem to be willing to help, however their hands are tied by upper management as far as helping their employees.

Able to use vacation before its accrued
Might have to be the bonuses
The free steaks at the end of the year And the boots are a nice gesture

They seem to trust your decisions
Local brand is great, however "1UR" is non-existent. Its a glamour tactic to make the shareholders happy. It is not what is actually happening.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was honest and up front. However as the years have gone by, this company has lost all of its values and just gloats to make their shareholders happy while neglecting the very employees that run the business.
They sell you on the company so you will be excited to start working. Thats where the excitemwnt ends. Its all lies and BS.
