It depends. If you're brought in at a senior level and don't want to become a manager then you're not getting promoted. They have a Principal Engineer program, but introverts need not apply. If you come in at entry level there's room to grow, but more than likely you'll just take the next step in your career somewhere else.

I think it depends on the department you work in. I moved from an Associate Role to Analyst Role in IT in a year and a half. I feel like people in IT get promoted regularly.
