Longevity is good here but seems like Finley wants to get rid of loyal and long term employee due to higher pay, they hire someone young and new at a much lower wage! Management wants loyalty from us but feel like this not given back to employee. They cut positions for budget concerns!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Took a pay cut when moved to the clinic from home care, clinics have different pay scale, much lower. After over 30 years with Finley should not have had to get a pay cut!
