U.S. Dermatology Partners Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

fair pay and the company gives many perks to employees!

Showing how much I am taken care of.

The salary is the best part.

VERY GOOD COVERAGE/ LONG AND SHORT TERM DISABILITY/LIFE/DISASTER/ GREAT DEDUCTIBLE

Insurance is priced reasonably and seems to be good so far.

The salary compensation is the best part of the role.

They start almost instantaneously after joining the company.

I love the competitive pay and still being to take part in paid time out and paid holidays

The incentives are aligned and in place with my compensation to provide a great reward for a successful job performance.

Review from Executive Dept

THe pay and insurance for myself and family.

the 401k company contribution is solid

Health benefits are wonderful for myself

Commission, days off, and flexibility

The Comprehensive benefits, such as health insurance, paid time off, and employee assistance programs.

I guess I would say the pay

My pay is in comparison with the area I am in.

I can go to the doctor

Insurance benefits are deceint and we get discounts on cosmetics

I personally love the HRA account that comes with our insurance.

The extra $50 they give us in order to buy a company phone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No room for merit pay increases is disheartening to want to be a better worker. Additionally, work is increasing outside of the job description without proper compensation.

A higher wage would be nice and the opportunity for overtime.

PTO, SICK DAYS PAY RAISE

Its not that I feel undervalued, per say but simply that for the title and role, I am paid under market value.

not enough benefits, no 401k match,

It is very difficult that everything in this world is going up in price, including our 2024 benefits, while our pay has not been increased to compensate for this change even though the benefits have not changed or improved.

I assumed that everyone started the same then I found out other wise. I have 20 years scheduling experience and do not make what I was at my last job

I do a lot of work and run several offices while only making a fraction more than when I started and only ran 1 office.

Being shown how much I put into my job and how quickly I can get things out the door.

We are short staff constsntly and continuously working extra hard but arent recognized, acknowledged or rewarded for it

I hate our PTO, it's unrealistic when you have young kids that have appts and appts for yourself.

i believe i have proven that i am willing to do whatever it takes to provide the absolute best customer service, i have staying power and yet my salary is below average for people in similar roles.

I would prefer to go back to 4 day work week here. I have always worked 4 days a week, i am single parent and it makes life more livable. This area starting pay is higher and with my experience I feel should be higher or more pto. Also, the medical coverage is an outrage amount.

On top of being heavily understaffed the work that is done by the few people who have stayed is overlooked on every aspect. There is no compensation for all the work that people due for the absence of employees, and on top of that raises are difficult to come by at this company.

I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE MORE FEEDBACK.

It is frustrating to know that fast food workers start at our same salary.

have not received my yearly review for a raise.

I feel I am underpaid. People that have just gotten hired make more than me.

Unfortunately I am known as one of the lowest paid employees in the company (even told during a raise/yearly meeting). I also feel as if I have several more responsibilities then other employees

Review from Operations Dept

I do feel we should have better pay due to inflation. And not under a $1.00 for those that come to work and prove themselves.
