I'm not very familiar with the corporate leadership team.
LISTEN,FAIR, EASY TO SPEAK TOO
They are knowledgeable and available to all staff.
There will always be a job to do and it will always be important but twice in my career here have they looked beyond that and was there for me outside of the bottom line. Those are the things that I am going to remember and that is what keeps me here.
The leadership team listens and is very understanding. They really do care!
properly delegating work (appropriate amount) and listening to workers concern of overwork
Better communication and support, guiding employees/being a point of contact for resources and references. Team building skills to improve the group as a whole.
Our business manager needs to quit being unprofessional and lying to her employees. She is the biggest gossip and spreads eveyones business to other employees. There is absolutely no professionalism in her.
Actually getting important things done such as hiring more staff and ordering supplies.
My current manager micro-manages. it's pretty disappointing to not have any agency when I've found processes that work efficiently for our team. Additionally, there's a lot of favoritism in scheduling. Other providers are more than fully staffed and we're understaffed every day.
fair pay and the company gives many perks to employees!
Showing how much I am taken care of.
The salary is the best part.
VERY GOOD COVERAGE/ LONG AND SHORT TERM DISABILITY/LIFE/DISASTER/ GREAT DEDUCTIBLE
Insurance is priced reasonably and seems to be good so far.
No room for merit pay increases is disheartening to want to be a better worker. Additionally, work is increasing outside of the job description without proper compensation.
A higher wage would be nice and the opportunity for overtime.
PTO, SICK DAYS PAY RAISE
Its not that I feel undervalued, per say but simply that for the title and role, I am paid under market value.
not enough benefits, no 401k match,
Great teamwork, respect, and mutual goal of providing best patient care possible
Everyone is very supportive and intelligent.
WILLINGNESS TO HELP AND TEAM PLAYERS
works together to accomplish daily goals.
My team knows how to pull together when we need to. We understand the bottom line and time crunches. We back each other up.
I love my co-workers at Shoal creek, Lee's summit is not as friendly of an enviroment.
They just are not very friendly or respectful.
Do their fair share of work whether it be not being lazy and doing your paperwork or jumping in to run with providers if you aren't running.
The nurses all feel like mean girls and there's a lot of clique-yness amongst all the employees.
family members should not be allowed to work in the same practice
The company tries to have community building events at least once a month, that gets the whole office together.
I LOVE THE PATIENTS THE MOST
The Doctors care about their patients.
The ability to work from home the majority of the time is the best thing USDP could have ever offered. I'm more productive and less stressed then when I have to be in the office with 50 other people around me.
drama free! If there were any it would be immediately addressed by leadership.
Dont hire bad employees with terrible personalities
better/more transparent communication, and please fix the break room. Free food is appreciated, but having somewhere to actually eat it is more appreciated.
Less "corporate" feel. More freedom from "USDP structure" at the clinic level.

Seeing my coworkers and the positivity they bring.
THE PATIENTS AND FREE LUNCH
Being completed at the end of the day.
the staff and providers! Everyone comes in and really works together
I like that my coworker and I are super close and that my team works well together
I am exhausted and overworked. A lighter workload (that fits the job description) or higher pay would improve my feelings towards my job.
make it fun, provide more opportunities to learn
Not relying on three people to take care of a high volume clinic. The amount of patients a day is high and on top of that there is never ending paperwork always needing to be done. Maybe an extra pair of hands would allow us to not be overwhelmed and to be home at reasonable hours.
patients often can't get thru to schedule derm. appts, calls get routed elsewhere & they take out frustration on us. Would be great to improve this. Hire professional painters - make it look more upscale & professional like a medical office, not a nursery school. Invest in facility appearance
Not sure, people seem to not want to work theses days
