The company tries to have community building events at least once a month, that gets the whole office together.
I LOVE THE PATIENTS THE MOST
The Doctors care about their patients.
The ability to work from home the majority of the time is the best thing USDP could have ever offered. I'm more productive and less stressed then when I have to be in the office with 50 other people around me.
drama free! If there were any it would be immediately addressed by leadership.
we are pretty laid back as longs things are getting done
Our management team provides lunches and treats sometimes
Everyone is welcoming and positive and very helpful
I like the peers that I have and the HR department. I also like the majority of the providers I work with.
The talkative and caring my coworkers show.
The company is always looking for growth and improvement, and welcomes new ideas.
Very diverse and a great mix of energy
We all get along and work together as a team and it shows. Patients are always saying how we all compliement one another
I love when we get Starbucks, Donuts, ect. I like that people at least are mostly willing to work and learn.
The positive approach to the team and working together as a unit is very positive. We care for each other's well-being.
positive and enthusiastic workforce. hardworking and energetic; it's hard not to get swept up in the comradery.
Everyone continues to put forth the energy and time needed to complete daily task and we enjoy the small holiday work gatherings to keep everyone involved and keeping the closeness likeness of a family
Everyone cares about each other.
No, idea i have only been here 3 months
CLOSE KNIT TEAM OF PEOPLE
Dont hire bad employees with terrible personalities
better/more transparent communication, and please fix the break room. Free food is appreciated, but having somewhere to actually eat it is more appreciated.
Less "corporate" feel. More freedom from "USDP structure" at the clinic level.
