I'm not very familiar with the corporate leadership team.
LISTEN,FAIR, EASY TO SPEAK TOO
They are knowledgeable and available to all staff.
There will always be a job to do and it will always be important but twice in my career here have they looked beyond that and was there for me outside of the bottom line. Those are the things that I am going to remember and that is what keeps me here.
The leadership team listens and is very understanding. They really do care!
being able to talk to them about anything.
The communication is great between my manager and our team.
The Door is always open
That they truly know who I am and thank me for the work I am doing on a regular basis.
I like the environment the most.
They seems to have a great balance, in terms of priorities, between patients, employees, shareholders, and the company.
i LIKE THAT WE ALL SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE EACH OTHER
I feel the team is bonded and listens to your concerns.
Kristin and Bri are who I work with directly, they are always kind, compassionate, and show a desire to help no matter how busy they are. They lead by example and treat me with respect and dignity, They also always show appreciation for staff and what we do hardly goes unnoticed.
The ability to have an open door policy with my team is unmatched! I love being able to ask questions and learn/grow within the company.
They do a great job of relating with employees and listening to concerns.
forward thinking, they usually are quick to respond, and seem to also be invested in the future of our company.
I enjoy the positive motivation to continue pushing towards a successful environment and achieving team goals as well as personal goals
Always there to answer a question
Very friendly and nice, fair
properly delegating work (appropriate amount) and listening to workers concern of overwork
Better communication and support, guiding employees/being a point of contact for resources and references. Team building skills to improve the group as a whole.
Our business manager needs to quit being unprofessional and lying to her employees. She is the biggest gossip and spreads eveyones business to other employees. There is absolutely no professionalism in her.
Actually getting important things done such as hiring more staff and ordering supplies.
My current manager micro-manages. it's pretty disappointing to not have any agency when I've found processes that work efficiently for our team. Additionally, there's a lot of favoritism in scheduling. Other providers are more than fully staffed and we're understaffed every day.
I'm not sure who our leadership team is
wages need to increase for loyal long term employees
For one we need leadership the communcqrion could be better , being more appreceative and more focused on paient care as well
communication be more welcoming and talkative when coming into the offices, stop favoritism with employees, when doing one one or write ups don"t put employee down or talk to them disrespectfully, words can hurt! (regional manager not office manager)
Training new hires. Checking in with employees to be sure they are secure in their job and are satisfied with their work.
Improve Communication with all staff members not just the supervisors. Involve staff (the staff that is actually going to be the ones to work or talk to the patient) of new ideas and get their imput and thoughts before actually implementing the policy, etc.
Communication and listening and acting on problems
Listening to what we as employees see /hear from pt's as huge issues and actually DO something to correct these issues instead of us employees keep taking notes and giving examples and nothing every being done to change or make things better for everyone.
Communication, employees need, staffing, pay, benefits and bring back the 401k match
Telling the truth about the company's finances.
Communication, recognition of a hard worker vs a lazy emplyee
Listening to the concerns of staff, investigating problems before they jump to conclusions, discuss problems that providers have directly with them. Have the employee's back.
Considering we dont ever see the leadership team or bear from them, I woukd say they need to be more present.
Equal Treatment of employees and not just the business administrators
Communication, Compassion, Listening and addressing concerns of employees
