Great teamwork, respect, and mutual goal of providing best patient care possible
Everyone is very supportive and intelligent.
WILLINGNESS TO HELP AND TEAM PLAYERS
works together to accomplish daily goals.
My team knows how to pull together when we need to. We understand the bottom line and time crunches. We back each other up.
all working toward the same goal, supporting our providers and caring for our patients. No one hesitates to help one another.
we know how to have fun and work hard
I like that our team is young and energetic, we all get along and there is no drama which is important.
Everyone is awesome on my team
We support one another the majority of the time.
The personalities and love they show.
we really know how to get the job done together, we talk alot and help each other when its needed
The team works together fairly well.
SUPPORTIVE, ENCOURAGING, HARD WORKING, FAIR
Well rounded employees that are good at what they do.
We work together to accomidate each of our needs, whether it be covering for one another due to a sick child or helping during clinc when falling behind.
The conversations about how to improve our space and continue to grow in the company is great.
Always willing to help, and relatable with daily life.
everyone seems pretty happy in their roles, invested in company goals and genuinely glad to be here.
Since working with US Dermatology Partners i have developed such a love for my close nip team we all come together to be successful while maintaining an environment that works well for everyone
I love my co-workers at Shoal creek, Lee's summit is not as friendly of an enviroment.
They just are not very friendly or respectful.
Do their fair share of work whether it be not being lazy and doing your paperwork or jumping in to run with providers if you aren't running.
The nurses all feel like mean girls and there's a lot of clique-yness amongst all the employees.
family members should not be allowed to work in the same practice
I believe people need to let go of their ego, at times certain people will speak in a certain tone and give facial expressions that are not kind. Therefor creating an uncomfortable and unapproachable work environment. Making interaction with them unpleasant.
some of them need to move with a sense of urgency
There needs to be more teamwork, the attitudes need to stop, all the drama and cliques need to stop. It makes work very uncomfortable. Everyone would work better together if there qasnt any gossip or attitudes
High turn over and lack of proper training make interacting more difficult. People who have little to no background in the medical field need more time to learn the way the field works before they are sent off on their own. Proper training and not overloading new people would help a lot
Have work ethic. They do not show up on time and expect me to set everything up for the day/week. Are constantly on their phones with tick tok and movies instead of focusing on patients and what our provider needs.
Review from Operations Dept
Listen better and act more effectively.
Work ethic over all is suffering.
There is a very clear divide between the front desk and the rest of the staff... I do not like even asking any of the other staff questions, or for help with their patients.. very cliquey
When training new people, they should not be talking bad about other coworkers or gossiping about said coworkers. This creates a negative work environment and only scares the trainees.
Finding ways to improve efficiency in their roles. Taking more initiative within the team when another team mate is in need of help. Including all team members when it comes to team issues or information that is important to the team as a whole. Better communication in general.
When it comes to work i'm more invested in doing my work as opposed to letting everyone know about my personal life.
Attitudes are very poor as well as work ethic. Unsure how we could work better together.
Coming to work on time and doing their job correctly.
Better training from the beginning. Less trashy people. Too many old people with no class
Their job, arrive to work on time, and ready to work, placing their cell phones down, pay attention and stop blaming others.
