We are short staff constsntly and continuously working extra hard but arent recognized, acknowledged or rewarded for it

It is frustrating to know that fast food workers start at our same salary.

Being closer to market value. Being acknowledged for our hard work and not just being lumped in with every other office/person.

I just feel like our BIG boss should know our names and speak to us when he comes to the office, which is rare.

You would have better retention if you paid higher hourly wages.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work together to accomidate each of our needs, whether it be covering for one another due to a sick child or helping during clinc when falling behind.

They are Friendly and easygoing,

Comradery and all of the positive attitudes.

We work as a unit. If someone needs help they get it amd know if the tides are turned they will get help also
