What do you like best about the leadership team?
Pleasw focus less on being our friends and use more discipline. Follow up with employee request. Hold employees accountable.
Invests not only into the business of USDP but as a person/provider.
Our office manager is the best. She cares about you as a person and is beryy supportive
Surrounded by and Amazing group of coworkers
They are honest and transparent
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Followiing through. Better training for new hires. Better discernment when hiring
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission, days off, and flexibility

The pay. Benefits are poor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are short staff constsntly and continuously working extra hard but arent recognized, acknowledged or rewarded for it
It is frustrating to know that fast food workers start at our same salary.
Being closer to market value. Being acknowledged for our hard work and not just being lumped in with every other office/person.
I just feel like our BIG boss should know our names and speak to us when he comes to the office, which is rare.
You would have better retention if you paid higher hourly wages.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together to accomidate each of our needs, whether it be covering for one another due to a sick child or helping during clinc when falling behind.
They are Friendly and easygoing,
Comradery and all of the positive attitudes.
We work as a unit. If someone needs help they get it amd know if the tides are turned they will get help also
Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares about each other
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better training from the beginning. Less trashy people. Too many old people with no class
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all get along and work together as a team and it shows. Patients are always saying how we all compliement one another
Seeing patients and knowing our providers truly care
I have the best staff!

Developing that patient, healthcare relationship
Interacting with the providers and learning from them.
I love to see my patients light up when they realize we can treat their condition and increase their quality of life.
The patients are the best and my coworkers around me are great
