There will always be a job to do and it will always be important but twice in my career here have they looked beyond that and was there for me outside of the bottom line. Those are the things that I am going to remember and that is what keeps me here.
I like the environment the most.
During my training, they really accommodated to the way I like to learn, making it so much easier and more comfortable to know all of my tasks. Even now, I can feel confident when having to ask questions about small things I still need help with, and they never make me feel unwanted or uninvited.
Makes us feel like we are a team, that they care about our opinions, and stand up for us.
My direct leadership team is supportive of our needs in order to complete our goals.
Communication and listening and acting on problems
Listening to what we as employees see /hear from pt's as huge issues and actually DO something to correct these issues instead of us employees keep taking notes and giving examples and nothing every being done to change or make things better for everyone.
Showing how much I am taken care of.
I personally love the HRA account that comes with our insurance.
Affordable healthcare for me and my child.
I feel I am being paid fairly for the position I was hired for. I was able to negotiate a salary I felt comfortable with.
The amount of vacation we get
Its not that I feel undervalued, per say but simply that for the title and role, I am paid under market value.
Being shown how much I put into my job and how quickly I can get things out the door.
I feel with the company growth and the world we live in where everything continues to rise, companies should take this into consideration.
Bonus more time off holidays
Everyone gets the same percentage raise. Those of us who work multiple positions/cover for others/train etc do not get a bigger raise than the same employee who sits there hardly working all day. IF we were given larger raises to accompany the workloads we take on then we would feel like we are valu
My team knows how to pull together when we need to. We understand the bottom line and time crunches. We back each other up.
The personalities and love they show.
They are there to lend a helping hand.
Everyone is extremely nice. I'm a very bubbly and quirky person, and i'm never made to feel like an outsider. The best part about my job is being the first one everyone sees in the morning, and the last one they see at the end of the day. Im very proud to be in my position with this company.
They are a group of incredibly knowledgeable people who are willing to help out in any way they can.
High turn over and lack of proper training make interacting more difficult. People who have little to no background in the medical field need more time to learn the way the field works before they are sent off on their own. Proper training and not overloading new people would help a lot
The ability to work from home the majority of the time is the best thing USDP could have ever offered. I'm more productive and less stressed then when I have to be in the office with 50 other people around me.
The talkative and caring my coworkers show.
This company is full of people from all different walks of life. I personally am no stranger to the unusual. I consider myself to be strange or odd, but am never made to feel like it. I love how culturally vast our company is, and how accepting everyone can be.
We are working to create change in my department and streamline the workflows. Everyone has a positive attitude about the changes taking place and are looking forward to the lucrative future outcomes.
CoWorkers are friendly and always helpful

Being completed at the end of the day.
The time I get to work on what I need.
I personally enjoy working from home.
I am most happy at work first thing in the morning. I am an administrative assistant so I am the first person that everyone sees. I enjoy seeing everyone's smiles and getting a wave or a good morning. At the end of the day, I know i'll be happy to come back tomorrow.
Having the ability and freedom to use my expertise to generate positive changes.
