Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
easy access to employees benefits and programs, cost, etc.
Substandard pay. No feedback or communication from managers.
I feel undervalued because I have taken on other people's work and my compensation made no change. Would feel better if managment didn't take advanate of employees who try to pitch in and help out with other responsibilites and duties.
There is very good health coverage, until there is a major surgery. Then the deductible is very high. There is no stock bonus plan, or ability to buy stock at a discounted rate - say 75% of the market value.

The incentives we were promised are unobtainable

I do not feel that the healthcare benefits are good here at USA Truck. The premiums are high and the deductibles are even higher.
