Corporate culture is toxic. There is going to have to be a attitude and heart change from the board, to the leadership team, and on down to managment before the workplace situation will improve for the employees.
Inadequate staffing to support drivers, team, and customers. Lots of lip service and talk of customer service attitude and actions from the Executive Team are completely opposite.
So much to list of what's wrong. Corporate culture, lack of teamwork, negativity induced by poor managment, "leadership" team lacking leaders.
Work load is rather heavy and constant negativity from our phone calls.

The pay levels are extremely skewed. Cutting back on headcount and they paying interns more than what full time employees make

Again, the negativity in the atmosphere and the people that are just sitting in a chair to fill a position... not actually doing their jobs. I think we need to get rid of those people that are constantly not working or showing low results, both regular office employees and drivers.
