My overall experience here is that it is a decent place to work.

My overall experience with the company has been fast-paced, continuous learning, and fail forward fast. I have learned to adapt and pivot to keep up with the changes we face. It has been a journey that has kept me on my toes. I have enjoyed continuing to learn a new skill set and adapting.

I wish the pay was higher to meet market average and respond to the needs of the economy. There are certain negative aspects to the culture that are "just how it is" with certain professors or leaders. Otherwise, my individual team is great and is what helps me push through those negative aspects.

I truly enjoy the teamwork and how the executive level management is available, and truly seems to care about the employees.

Yes, I feel undervalued. I would like a minimum of a 10% raise to feel better about my compensation.

Increases in pay are needed to support employees who have kids during inflation.

Our team has become a hub for all questions where we know the correct answers and how to execute; which is the responsibility of other positions that are paid higher than what we are currently receiving

The value I bring to the team in some cases outweighs the performance of some leaders. However, I don't manage people, I manage systems that support all of these functional leaders. Unfortunately my pay don't reflects my contribution. Pay is distributed because you supervisor personnel.
