The benefits. UT Southwestern really takes care of its employees.

Although there aren't regular bonuses, I do have a retirement fund and a merit raise every year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salaries for RT's are very low. Compensation shoukd be competitive with area hospitals and should reward the RT's for the excessive workloads theyre expected to complete.

I've recently been told my workload will increase by 50% with no increase in my pay.

Increase in salary by at least 5k
