Fantastic and enthusiastic towards all of our team.
The CEO seems to be very communicative via daily enail posts. The department managers arent in touch with their employees whatsoever. The RT department has too many layers of inexperienced and incompetent lower level supervisirs who sit in front of a computer for 12 hours, never help the RT staff.
flexible and easy to communicate
They are always willing to help with any problem. Friendly with every one
Leadership always listens to those with "boots on the ground". They try to make decisions based on employee feedback. Regardless of whether I agree or disagree with changes, I feel heard.
Listening to staff. Following the rules they implement and not exempting themselves.
Recognizing all team member's talents and contributions
Being aware of current issues
Everything and a pension is always a plus.
I am able to get the best benefits that fit my needs
The health insurance benefits are awesome
Free healthcare from my employer
The benefits. UT Southwestern really takes care of its employees.
Salaries for RT's are very low. Compensation shoukd be competitive with area hospitals and should reward the RT's for the excessive workloads theyre expected to complete.
I've recently been told my workload will increase by 50% with no increase in my pay.
Increase in salary by at least 5k
Our team is incredible and see themselves as advocates.
My team is great and have stayed because of each other
easy to communicate with and share ideas
They are helpful, nice, friendly
I love the teamwork and camaraderie.
Co-workers are overworked and burned out. Many are under qualified to work in critical care areas.
Managing problem accounts and follow through
everyone is willing to help and they are eager to learn
UT has a very friendly environment everyone you meet always has a smile on their face and always willing to help
In my corner of the UTSW world, people are kind and value teamwork.
It is a learning environment with tremendous opportunities for exploration of new knowledge
Getting to be around patients and putting a smile in their day.
Eliminate all the layers of unproductive administrative pisitions in the RT department and increase the clinical RT staff. The department director needs to actually talk directky to her employees and hold her leadership team accountable for creating a hostile work environment.
Better workflow and follow through
The interviewing process is fair and positive in all areas of the process.
It was fast and to the point.
They asked simple questions, made you feel welcomed
Recruiters are very personable and great to work with.
able to make the interview easy to approach
Simplify the onboarding process; process applications faster.
The organization is simply patient centered and employee strong.
Treating my patients well and the interactions I have with them.
I love what I do.
Experiencing new people every day.
Getting to work with people who care deeply and who love to just get the job done.
Patients believe the hospital is good, but they notice how the RT's are always in a hurry and comment about it.
