What do you like best about the leadership team?

Fantastic and enthusiastic towards all of our team.

The CEO seems to be very communicative via daily enail posts. The department managers arent in touch with their employees whatsoever. The RT department has too many layers of inexperienced and incompetent lower level supervisirs who sit in front of a computer for 12 hours, never help the RT staff.

Leadership always listens to those with "boots on the ground". They try to make decisions based on employee feedback. Regardless of whether I agree or disagree with changes, I feel heard.

They genuinely care about employees and have a desire to see everyone excel.
