What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

togetherness and being there for each other

everyone is willing to help and they are eager to learn

UT has a very friendly environment everyone you meet always has a smile on their face and always willing to help

Getting to be around patients and putting a smile in their day.

In my corner of the UTSW world, people are kind and value teamwork.

It is a learning environment with tremendous opportunities for exploration of new knowledge

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Eliminate all the layers of unproductive administrative pisitions in the RT department and increase the clinical RT staff. The department director needs to actually talk directky to her employees and hold her leadership team accountable for creating a hostile work environment.
