Salaries for RT's are very low. Compensation shoukd be competitive with area hospitals and should reward the RT's for the excessive workloads theyre expected to complete.
I've recently been told my workload will increase by 50% with no increase in my pay.

Co-workers are overworked and burned out. Many are under qualified to work in critical care areas.
Managing problem accounts and follow through
Eliminate all the layers of unproductive administrative pisitions in the RT department and increase the clinical RT staff. The department director needs to actually talk directky to her employees and hold her leadership team accountable for creating a hostile work environment.
Better workflow and follow through
Simplify the onboarding process; process applications faster.
Patients believe the hospital is good, but they notice how the RT's are always in a hurry and comment about it.
