The main problem is ineffectual training and communication.
The items are very overpriced and they regularly increase price points, especially in major cities.
Valuing the input of TMS who have been doing this job for years, rather than implementing changes which are illogical and inefficient and then ignoring or disciplining TMs who give negative feedback about the new processes.
They say that if you're good at your job they will give you raises, but I've never actually seen anyone who they praised as doing extremely well get a raise out of it. I would like to see TM's compensated with a fair living wage and have their feedback valued and implemented.
