I learned that if you give respect, you will receive respect. Give excellent service always.
Some days were good, some bad, but overall it is an experience to makw me a better employee ans leader.
I like the fact that the job is steady in terms of work - my job duties are very clear, I know what to expect and what is expected from me at work and each day is a little different.
Things are donated, don’t overprice things for name brand item
This company doesnt care about its workers...just cares about pushing them to make a difficult to impossible quota each day to increase sales. Most are at minimum wage and average raise for a good worker is about 15 cents an hour.
