What makes you most happy at work?I love writing code so much.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The team is fun to work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?I am lucky to have great team mates that share an interest in problem solving.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Rather than making a stable product they try to just offer new products. They could care less about quality and just want to impress the board.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Existing employees do not get paid well and raises are very low. Nothing is being done to bring employee wages to market level.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Let the engineering team's get to have at least some say in who is hired. Not all of Veracode uses Java so hiring Java engineers does not help.
