Increases with seniority. Begins with 2 weeks vacation, 4 days personal, one non-paid personal, and one floating holiday from 6months to 7 years of employment. An additional week is added at 7 years, 15 years, and 25 years. Also, up to 9 days paid catastrophic sick leave per year . Anytime over 4 days is subject to discipline without a medical accommodation or FMLA.

As per plan, it's very good, but in reality not able to take a long vacation. If you are immigrant, it's even difficult. Most managers hesitate for more than 2 weeks at a given time.

Typical of most USA companies. 2 weeks to start + 7 days of "personal" time. 3 weeks after 5 years. 4 weeks after 15 years.

Good vacation policy. Starts out as 2 weeks per year and then grows by a week in 10th year and 20th year.
