Work/life balance 3 weekends on and one off compensated with time and a half on Sundays is a poor trade. Also, scheduling by seniority sticks newer employees to evenings (or overnight) shifts as opposed to the desired 8-5 in perpituity until they hire new classes and senior members retire--a situation that can take years to decades!!!

I wish that you were trained for leadership. It’s kinda like the kid who doesn’t have a dad trying out for a sports team. He doesn’t get picked for the team because no one ever taught him to play. Some of us would be great leaders if taught to lead.
