
Less micro management from leadership that that is less about following a process to a T and more about giving their team support.
The seniority and knowledge are not appreciated in the group so team spirit was getting lower since several changes of managerial leadership
Team work, unity, being a family, caring for each other, and being honest with sales (not being cutthroat or sharky).
Seems like everyone is competing for the spotlight. Only a few are involved the rest are always silent
Many have a lack of courtesy and respect for others.
Could start with having an occasional meetings.
