What needs to change to make the company culture better at Verizon?

Need more tools to do the job, terrible shift which regulates us to one shipment of parts/day, and lack of resources/information for our job

Make it fun to come to work, make the contests worth competing and winning, and focus on the teams growth overall and individually.

New management. They love to tell us what we're doing wrong but rarely have a solution for us to get better.

Better communication between departments, more transparency and fair commissions for entry employees, system issues are ignored on daily bas

It looks like a lot of employees were doing duplicate works and lack of coordination and proactive leadership.

Allow the technicians to service our customers instead of placing time constraints on them.

Give us the tools we need to do our job, also work remote.
