Ronan Dunne is the Chief Executive Officer of Telef??nica UK Ltd (O2), and an Executive Board Member of the Telef??nica UK Ltd and the Telef??nica, S.A. In addition, Mr. Dunne is a Non-Executive Board Member of the Guardian Media Group (GMG) and Tesco Mobile (UK). Prior to joining Telef??nica UK (O2), Mr. Dunne served as Director of Treasury and later Head of strategic finance and integration at Exel plc from 1996 to 2001 and held senior positions at Waste Management International plc and Banque Nationale de Paris. Mr. Dunne is also a fellow and former council member of the Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI), a fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) and a trustee of Step Up to Serve, a UK youth social action charity.
