What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are generally helpful. Some think just cause they have worked there for 30 years and now in training job and that there way is best way to do the job but common sense says different. See example trainer Ridenour.

We all want to get paid and produce quality products. Same mentality equals great work flow and communication.
