The team is always there for you regardless of what taks you are working on
The techs are working as hard as they can to get their jobs done. If someone is having trouble, another tech will show up to help get it done. The older man doesn't help anyone else and he is paid for the work that others do, because he can't. He is friends with the manager, so he is able to do this
