Projects see rapid development and results so there is always something new and interesting to work on

Easy going folks with a very high level of performance, our place in the industry affords us the very best data and technology support to better do our jobs
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is full transparency and so the organizations can be considered 'flat', leadership sits side by side with entry and mid level employees. Usually leadership is available for 1:1 chats and guidance
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team culture is always put first as we believe the individual must be healthy and content to produce the best work. We will have bi monthly team activities and plenty of birthday/holiday celebrations sprinkled throughout
What is the best part about your compensation package?

What did you like most about the interview process?
After the first round screening interview you get the opportunity to meet and be interviewed by your soon to be coworkers. You can ask direct questions about what it is like working on that team and even chat about the work they are doing (within public domain).
